Note: You can start anytime should you miss the session start date. Register for a Drop-in class or contact us to make arrangements.
**Classes are held every Monday at 7:30 and online Thursday at 7:15pm. Although we recommend two classes a week, we offer an option to attend once a week. You are welcome to attend on either day. Rain out classes will be held via Zoom.
