Terms and Conditions

Class Length

Each boot camp class runs for 60 minutes, and will start at the time indicated on the Boot Camp Schedule.

Location

Sessions currently being held at Sidrabene for outdoor.

Boot camp classes will be held at a predetermined indoor or outdoor location (see locations) and is subject to change (either permanently, or on an ad-hoc basis) at the discretion of Burlington Body Camp.  You will be notified by email of any location change no later than one hour before the scheduled class start time.

Equipment

For both indoor and outdoor classes, you are required to bring plenty of water, a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat. 

Missed Class Policy

If you miss a number of classes for reasons beyond your control (ie. an injury), missed classes can be made up in a subsequent session when you are able to return.  Alternatively, you can find someone to take your place for the remaining classes in the session.

Refunds will not be provided for missed classes.

Waiver and Release from Liability

I understand and am aware that strength, flexibility and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, are potentially hazardous activities.  I also understand, and am aware that fitness activities involve risk of injury and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with full knowledge, understanding, and appreciations of the dangers involved.   I agree to hold harmless Burlington Body Camp (BBC) and instructors employed by BBC from and against any and all liability for any harm to myself or to my property that may arise from fitness training services, programs and advice rendered.
